1. What is listed / 收录内容的性质

LocalGraph lists business contact information only: business name, category, city/area, business address or service area, business phone/email/website, languages spoken, and (where applicable) government professional license status. We do not publish personal information about individuals (home addresses, personal phone numbers) or subjective reviews/ratings of individuals.
LocalGraph只收录商业联系信息：商户名称、品类、城市/区域、营业地址或服务范围、商业电话/邮箱/网站、服务语言，以及（如适用）政府专业执照状态。我们不发布个人的私人信息（住宅地址、私人电话），也不发布对个人的主观评价。

2. Verification scope / 核验范围

Each listing shows a data_source_url (where the information came from) and a last_verified date. Where a profession is regulated in BC, license status is checked against the relevant regulator's public directory (e.g. Technical Safety BC, BCFSA) and cached with a verification date -- it is not a live, real-time lookup unless explicitly noted.
每条记录都标注data_source_url（信息来源）和last_verified（最后核验日期）。若该行业在BC受监管，执照状态对照相应监管机构的公开名录核验并缓存核验日期——除非另有说明，不是实时查询。

3. Recency / 时效性

Listings may become outdated between verification cycles. Ratings/review counts (where shown) are only ever real, reported numbers -- never estimated or fabricated.
核验周期之间信息可能过时。评分/评论数（如有展示）永远是真实数字，绝不虚构或估算。

4. Not professional advice / 非专业意见

Listing a business, or showing a "verified" license status, is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality, and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify directly with the business or the relevant regulator before making a decision.
收录某商户，或显示"已核验"执照状态，不代表背书或质量保证，也不构成法律、财务或专业意见。做决定前请直接向商户或相关监管机构核实。

5. Correction & removal / 纠错与下架

Any business owner can request a correction or complete removal of their listing. Submit a request via the data removal page or email localgraphca@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Once a removal request is processed, the listing is permanently excluded from every output (web pages, JSON-LD, ai-catalog.json, agent-card.json, REST API, MCP tools, sitemap) and will not be re-added by any future data import.
任何商户本人均可申请纠错或彻底下架。请通过数据下架页面提交，或邮件至 localgraphca@gmail.com。我们承诺48小时内响应。下架请求处理后，该条目会从所有输出（网页、JSON-LD、ai-catalog.json、agent-card.json、REST API、MCP工具、sitemap）中永久移除，且不会被后续任何数据导入重新收录。

6. Hosting & data location / 托管与数据所在地

LocalGraph is hosted on Cloudflare's free tier, which serves and caches content from Cloudflare's global edge network rather than a guaranteed single region. This means listed business contact information may be processed or cached outside Canada. We have accepted this as a known limitation of operating at zero hosting cost; if this matters to you for a specific listing, contact us via the channel above.
